- Non-smoking home
- Check-in: 4:00 p.m or by prior arrangement only
- Check-out: 10:00 a.m or by prior arrangement only
- We can accommodate small pets, dogs under 20lbs, cats ok.
- 50% deposit required to secure your reservation; balance is due 1 month prior to your arrival date.
- Signed contract with payment by etransfer, refundable DD $500.00 required. welcome details and directions with door access code sent after full payment. Code sent day of arrival.
- Cancellations: Non-refundable and forfeited unless booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof may be refunded based on number of nights rebooked.
- This is not a party house. Please respect our favourite place to visit and the quiet times of Sun Peaks Resort. Our neighbours appreciate it! Hot Tub quiet time after 10pm, Noise bylaws in effect 10pm-7am
