- Non-smoking home
- Check-in: 4:00 p.m or by prior arrangement only
- Check-out: 10:00 a.m or by prior arrangement only
- We can accommodate small pets, dogs under 20lbs, cats ok.
- 50% deposit required to secure your reservation; balance is due 1 month prior to your arrival date.
- Signed contract with cc information for damage deposit required. welcome details and directions with door access code sent after full payment and 1 week before arrival.
- Cancellations:Deposits 50% refundable with in 60 days of stay. Less than 60 days deposits are non-refundable and forfeited unless booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof may be refunded based on number of nights rebooked.
- This is not a party house. Please respect our favourite place to visit and the quiet times of Sun Peaks Resort. Our neighbours appreciate it! Hot Tub quiet time after 10pm, Noise bylaws in effect 10pm-7am
